We operate a pick-up and delivery service on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 6-10am.
Our vehicles are air-conditioned and have rubber flooring for comfort and stability. All cats and small dogs are transported in pet carriers.
Owners/guardians must be present to hand over and receive pets from our drivers. As not all pets travel well, please do not feed your pet on the morning of collection and we will provide them with breakfast once they arrive at Rothwell Run. Please be aware that we do not feed pets on the morning of departure for the same reason, so please be mindful they will need breakfast once they return home.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you require our pick-up and delivery service. Please note: we do not service all suburbs, so please confirm at the time of booking that we offer transport to your suburb.
