Weekdays (excluding Wednesdays) 8:00am until 4.00pm
Saturday 8:30am until 2:30pm
Sunday 9.00am until 2.30pm
It is advisable for your pet to arrive earlier in the day to allow us more time to get to know them and settle them in.
Check out time
If you collect your pet/s prior to 11am on the departure day, you will not be charged for that day. If you collect after 11am, you will incur that day’s charge.
Inspections
Inspections are welcome, where existing or prospective clients are able to come and visit the property, to see what we have to offer, how we operate and most importantly, how the dogs and cats are enjoying themselves in our care.
Inspections are conducted between 11am and 3pm on weekdays (excluding Wednesdays), between 11am and 2pm on Saturdays, and between 11am and 1pm on Sundays.
Please note: we do not conduct inspections on Wednesdays, school holidays or long weekends.
