  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am-3:00pm
  • Sunday: 9:00am until 3:00pm
  • Wednesdays: Closed
  • Public Holidays, Sunday prior to Monday Public Holiday: Closed

 

Check in time

  • Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesdays): 8am until 3:00pm

  • Sunday: 9am until 2:00pm
  • Wednesday: CLOSED

It is advisable for your pet to arrive earlier in the day to allow us more time to get to know them and settle them in.

Please note: our office closes at 12pm on long weekends and the days between Christmas and New Years.

Please note: A departure day charge applies after 11am. If you collect your pet in the morning on the day of departure you will not be charged for that day.

 

Inspections

Inspections are welcome, where existing or prospective clients are able to come and visit our facilities, so they are able to see for themselves how we operate, what we have to offer and, most importantly, how the dogs and cats are enjoying themselves in our care.

Every day excluding Wednesdays: Between 11am and 2pm in off peak periods.

Please note: we do not conduct inspections on Wednesdays, school holidays or long weekends.
