Check in time

It is advisable for your pet to arrive earlier in the day to allow us more time to get to know them and settle them in.

Please note: our office closes early at 12pm on long weekends, some days either side of a Public Holiday, and the days between Christmas and New Years. The 2025 dates affected are: Saturday 25th January, Saturday 8th March, Wednesday 23rd April, Saturday 7th June, Saturday 27th September, Saturday 27th December, Sunday 28th December, Monday 29th December and Tuesday 30th December.

Please note: A departure day charge applies after 11am. If you collect your pet in the morning on the day of departure you will not be charged for that day.

 

Inspections

Inspections are welcome, where existing or prospective clients are able to come and visit our facilities, so they are able to see for themselves how we operate, what we have to offer and, most importantly, how the dogs and cats are enjoying themselves in our care.

Every day excluding Wednesdays: Between 11am and 2pm in off peak periods.

Please note: we do not conduct inspections on Wednesdays, school holidays or long weekends.
